Emina is a trainee solicitor with experience in commercial disputes resolution, competition law, intellectual property and human rights.

Expertise

Emina joined Hausfeld’s Intern Programme in July 2020 and commenced her training contract in September 2022. She has assisted on multiple high-profile collective redress claims across the commercial and competition litigation departments, as well as high-value personal injury-related matters. This included case management, conducting legal research and the drafting of legal documents and witness statements. As part of the consumer bookbuild on the Mercedes Emissions claim, she coordinated the workflow and progress of the paralegal team.

Prior to joining Hausfeld, Emina was a paralegal at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, completed a summer placement in the trademarks department of Dehns and was Pathway Assistant to Prof. Philippa Webb at King’s College, London. During her studies, she volunteered for the Streetlaw Project and Amnesty International, among others.

Emina is a native Swedish speaker; fluent in Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian; and conversational in Spanish.
