Thomas is a paralegal in Hausfeld’s New York office. Tom supports the litigation, antitrust, technology and data breach, and civil rights teams with legal tasks, including drafting memorandums of law, motions, cite checking legal briefs, discovery, court e-filings, legal research, preparing deposition & trial documents, and maintaining databases.
Thomas brings 10 years of paralegal experience to Hausfeld. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Litigation Paralegal, and Case Administrator in his previous firms.
Clients
His former clients include plaintiffs released from employment without proper notice, insured corporate entities, municipal governments, and school districts.

Antitrust/Competition
- In Re: RealPage, Inc., Rental Software Antitrust Litigation – Hausfeld serves as co-lead counsel in the federal antitrust class action against RealPage, Inc. and several of their property management clients, alleging that the Defendants, some of the largest owners and managers of rental real estate in the United States, conspired to use RealPage’s so-called “revenue management” service to set rental prices and restrict the supply of available rental units in major metropolitan areas across the United States.
- In re Manufactured Home Lot Rents Antitrust Litigation – Hausfeld is co-lead counsel in an antitrust case filed on behalf of a putative nationwide class of manufactured home residents against nine community management companies and a market data provider, Datacomp Appraisal Systems Inc. The Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants conspired to exchange competitively sensitive information and fixed the price of rents at manufactured home lots across the country from at least 2019 through the present.
