Hannah is an Associate with experience working on large-scale competition and commercial disputes.

Expertise

Hannah joins Hausfeld from Simmons & Simmons, where she worked extensively on competition collective proceedings and high value commercial litigation matters. She has significant experience working with economists and dealing with complex disclosure and procedural issues.

Hannah has also completed a 10-month secondment in the litigation division of a large telecommunications company. She has worked on various pro bono matters and environmental initiatives, including a fund providing £100,000 worth of legal support to GreenTech start-ups working to tackle climate change.

Hannah is fluent in Spanish.

Experience

Antitrust/Competition

Hannah has experience working on competition claims at previous firms, including:

  • a high value competition class action claim against a large telecoms provider
  • an appeal relating to the CAT’s approach to the certification of collective proceedings


During her secondment at a large telecommunications provider, she helped managed an extensive data collection and review exercise and assisted with drafting strategy communications for senior in-house legal counsel.

Commercial & Financial Disputes

At a previous firm, Hannah worked on:

  • a long-running FCA investigation into a large financial institution
  • a potential breach of trust claim against a multinational bank
  • a complex international arbitration against one of Russia’s largest private banks and connected proceedings in the UK High Court
  • a multimillion complex contractual dispute for a global financial institution relating to an equity capital market transaction
