OVERVIEW
With over 7 years of experience, Liz has supported Litigation, Antitrust, Technology & Data Breach, and Civil Rights practice groups with legal tasks, including drafting memorandums of law, motions, cite checking legal briefs, discovery, court e-filings, legal research, preparing deposition & trial documents, and maintaining databases.
Liz represents a broad range of clients including multinational corporations, public entities, non-profit organizations, technology companies and small businesses. Her former clients include individual plaintiffs injured resulting from medical malpractice, false arrest, police brutality, or LGBTQIA+ discrimination.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Liz worked at Hach & Rose, LLP, as a Litigation Paralegal, and as a Law Clerk at Hach, Rose, Schirripa & Cheverie in New York City. Liz is a third year law student at the City University of New York School of Law.
Working towards a diverse, equitable, and inclusive world is paramount to Liz who is an active member of our LGBTQ+ and Women's Alliance working groups.

- Keystone Concrete Block & Supply Co. Inc v. Sika AG et al. and M&D Peterson, LLC v. et al. v. Sika AG et al. – Two price fixing conspiracy cases between the world’s largest manufacturers of concrete, cement, and mortar admixtures
- In re Diisocyanates Antitrust Litigation - Liz represents a class of manufacturers in claims against major industrial suppliers for conspiring to artificially inflate prices of the chemicals methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI)
- In Re Google Display Advertising Antitrust Litigation - Represents the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as special outside counsel alongside other state attorneys general alleging that Google eliminated competition through anticompetitive acquisitions and manipulated online advertising auctions it administers through its suite of online advertising tools
- Greystone Mortgage Inc. and First Financial Lending LLC v. Equifax Workforce Solutions LLC and Equifax Inc. – Hausfeld represents lenders in an antitrust class action alleging Equifax monopolized the market for electronic verification of income and employment services, causing lenders, such as mortgage brokers and car dealerships, to overpay when initiating loans for consumers.
- In re Fragrance Direct Purchaser Antitrust Litigation - Hausfeld serves as Co-Lead Counsel for a class of direct fragrance purchasers against the four largest suppliers of fragrances and fragrance ingredients in the world, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF), Symrise AG, Givaudan SA, and Firmenich SA, for potential price fixing and other anticompetitive conduct in the fragrance industry.
