WHAT OTHERS SAY

In 2025, Lisa was recognised as part of the formal Pro Bono Recognition List, published annually, which celebrates solicitors and barristers who have dedicated 25 or more hours of pro bono legal assistance in the previous calendar year. The list is under the patronage of The Lady Chief Justice of England & Wales and is supported by The Law Society, Bar Council and all major pro bono legal organisations.

Experience

Antitrust/Competition

Lisa is a valued member of the firm’s antitrust automotive practice, which is the strongest in Europe, and has worked with clients on recovering follow-on damages as the result of a wide range of cartels, including the infamous Trucks litigation.

She is also active in our Big Tech abuse of dominance practice, where she is currently part of the legal team advising proposed class representative Nikki Stopford in her opt-out collective claim against Google on behalf of UK consumers. She has worked on cross-border competition law litigation, especially before French, English and Dutch jurisdictions.

At Hausfeld, she is part of the legal teams:

  • Representing a proposed class representative, consumer champion Nikki Stopford, in a collective claim filed in the CAT against Google, arguing that the business has abused its dominant position to shut out competition in mobile search and seeking up to £7bn on behalf of UK consumers.
  • Bringing claims before the Amsterdam District Court for European truck purchasers allegedly harmed by the prominent Trucks cartel, representing over 3,000 clients across Europe.
  • Bringing further follow-on damages claims against the Trucks cartel in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Environmental & Product Liability

At Hausfeld, she has:

  • Acted on behalf of Stand.earth in a first-of-its kind greenwashing complaint in France against Lululemon in relation to the retailer’s ‘Be Planet’ advertising campaign.
