Adrian joined Hausfeld from PwC Legal where he advised clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including data privacy matters, contractual disputes, misrepresentation claims and tax disputes with HMRC.
He has experience of proceedings subject to group litigation orders, having advised a group of 22 claimants who made mistake-based unjust enrichment claims for repayment of overpaid taxes in their High Court trial and subsequent appeals.
Adrian has also worked in the field of state aid, having advised on several annulment applications filed with the General Court in respect of various European Commission decisions.

Previously, Adrian acted as the lead associate advising a multinational conglomerate in a £1bn fraudulent misrepresentation and contractual breach claim in the Business & Property Courts. This included preparation for numerous interlocutory applications and appeals (including up to the Supreme Court), as well as overseeing the disclosure process and the preparation of witness statements.
