Chrysa has worked on several multi-million pound commercial and financial services disputes in the High Court. At Hausfeld, Chrysanthi has been a pivotal member of the team working on FX Claim UK, a proposed collective action in respect of FX spot trading cartels. She was recently involved in a high profile commercial dispute, listed as one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2018, where it was alleged that one of the top high street banks, and one of the Big Four accounting firms, had conspired to force the administration and accelerated sale of the claimants’ business. The case settled shortly before trial, and was the first case where the issue of whether ATE insurance constitutes adequate security for costs was considered by the Court of Appeal.
