OVERVIEW

Carlos’s work focuses on complex antitrust litigation and competition law. Carlos’s prior work experience includes discovery reviews for U.S. Department of Justice second requests under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and as a senior prosecutor for state attorneys general and district attorneys’ offices. Carlos uses this experience to identify critical issues and documents and write evidence memoranda to build successful cases for clients.
