Stella played a key role in the legal teams representing or advising ground-breaking litigation:

  • Consumer champion and certified class representative Nikki Stopford in the £7 billion Google Search claim which is challenging Google’s agreements to preserve default status in mobile search. • Foundem in its claim before the High Court against Google for abuse of its dominant position in respect of its conduct in comparison shopping.
  • Automotive manufacturers in their follow-on damages claims relating to the car glass and other Auto-Part cartels.
  • Claimants in relation to the Paraffin Wax, Methionine and the Feed Phosphates cartels.
  • Deutsche Bahn, together with a number of other European public transport companies in connection with the Carbon Graphite damages claim.
