OVERVIEW

Andrew Bullion is a founding partner of Hausfeld, and divides his time between London and Sweden, where he heads Hausfeld’s Stockholm office, and has built the firm’s successful Nordic practice since 2006.

Expertise

Andrew brings two decades of experience of successfully litigating complex competition and securities derivative matters on behalf of corporate claimants and defendants. He has led proceedings before the UK High Court, the Competition Appeals Tribunal and in several additional European jurisdictions - including the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and Poland - as well as the U.S. Federal District Courts.

Andrew routinely speaks on competition law and litigation, including at conferences in Brasil, Denmark, London, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland, and is a regular guest lecturer in EU/US competition law for graduate studies programs at several universities in Europe and South America.

Andrew has written numerous articles and book chapters on competition law, including for Elgar’s Competition Damages Actions in the EU and the Global Competition Review. He speaks Swedish.

Previously, Andrew clerked for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission‘s Bureau of Competition, and worked for leading Swedish law firm Advokatfirman Vinge KB.

Andrew has represented some of the world’s largest and most recognisable undertakings from the U.S., Europe, and South America, advising leading manufacturing, retail, automakers, airlines, and logistics companies. In parallel, Andrew provides antitrust consulting and has done so for several multinational companies and associations including members of the Forbes Global 500.
