She has a proven track record of leading data protection, risk management, and compliance initiatives, and is adept at translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical business strategy. Before joining Hausfeld, Krisztina held information security and data protection leadership roles across the healthcare, public, regulatory, and professional services sectors. In these roles she led ISMS implementations, conducted framework audits, managed incident response and investigations, carried out third-party and supplier risk assessments, and delivered data protection compliance programmes — working closely with senior leadership to align regulatory and technical requirements with business strategy.
