Amber is a Discovery Project Attorney in Washington, D.C. Amber has extensive experience in complex litigation, e-discovery strategy, and large-scale document review project management. She focuses her practice on supporting complex matters through strategic discovery execution, defensible review workflows, and meticulous privilege analysis. Amber has led and managed complex document review engagements involving substantial data volumes, overseeing review teams, quality control protocols, issue coding, and privilege determinations across multiple industries and practice areas.

Her experience includes preparing comprehensive privilege logs, ensuring compliance with protective orders, discovery protocols, and client-specific governance requirements, and supporting matters involving antitrust investigations, data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, white collar investigations, regulatory inquiries, and complex commercial litigation. She is highly proficient in leading discovery platforms, including Relativity, Everlaw, and Reveal.

Prior to concentrating her practice in e-discovery, Amber built a strong foundation as a trial and litigation attorney, representing clients in state and federal court proceedings. In that capacity, she managed all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleading and motion practice, fact and expert discovery collection, depositions, and client advocacy. Her combined experience as both a practicing litigator and discovery attorney allows her to bring a uniquely strategic, litigation focused perspective to complex matters from inception through resolution.
