Her recent work included preparation for the liability trial including coordinating disclosure review teams, the management and creation of the electronic trial bundle, and the coordination of multilingual proceedings. Earlier in the history of the litigation, Daria was involved in the preparation for the jurisdiction challenge hearing.
Previously, Daria was also part of the legal team advising a class of over 200 women in a consumer product claim against Bayer who alleged injuries as a result being implanted with the Essure sterilisation Device. This recently involved the preparation of statements of case on behalf of the Claimants in collaboration with experts and counsel.
Before starting her position at Hausfeld Amsterdam, Daria trained and gained post-qualification experience at Pogust Goodhead where she specialised in collective redress claims. This included working on class litigations relating to environmental, product liability, data breach and competition issues.
