Betsy Cervantes
Betsy Cervantes is the Conflicts Manager in Hausfeld’s Philadelphia office. She brings extensive experience in conflicts analysis, training, and process development, with a focus on strengthening internal protocols and supporting sound ethical decision-making across the firm.
Prior to joining Hausfeld, Betsy led conflicts training initiatives, developed and streamlined procedures, and created structured resources to promote consistency and efficiency across multiple global AmLaw-ranked firms. She has analyzed complex conflicts across a broad range of practice areas, conducted corporate research to assess potential issues, and supported clearance decisions from both business and professional responsibility perspectives.
