OVERVIEW

Casey is an associate in Hausfeld’s Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on complex antitrust, consumer protection, and civil rights litigation. Casey advocates for individuals, public entities, and organizations seeking redress for unlawful conduct and systemic injustice, with experience supporting matters involving monopolization claims, environmental justice, and class actions on behalf of consumers and marginalized communities.

Before joining Hausfeld, Casey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a Penn Catalyst Legal Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware, where she focused on issues related to gender and reproductive justice, and argued for improved public data transparency before the Delaware Superior Court. She also held positions with the ACLU Women’s Rights Project, the Women’s Law Project, and other public interest organizations, where she worked on issues at the intersection of gender equality, civil liberties, and workers’ rights.  While in law school, Casey was awarded the Toll Public Interest Fellowship and competed as a finalist in the Keedy Cup Moot Court Competition.
