Experience

Antitrust/Competition

  • Korean Publishers Association, et al. v. Google LLC – Hausfeld represents two trade associations, U.S. app developers, and Korean developers in an antitrust lawsuit against Google, alleging monopolization of the markets for app distribution and in-app payment processing in violation of U.S. and foreign law. This case builds upon Hausfeld's successful resolution of claims by a class of smaller US app developers and a jury verdict in favor of Epic Games finding Google's conduct to be anticompetitive.
  • Greystone Mortgage Inc. and First Financial Lending LLC v. Equifax Workforce Solutions LLC and Equifax Inc. – Hausfeld represents verifiers in an antitrust class action alleging Equifax monopolized the market for electronic verification of income and employment services.
