Brian A. Ratner

Brian Ratner ist Partner bei Hausfeld und für die internationale Praxis der Kanzlei verantwortlich. Er ist außerdem Mitglied des Managementkommittees der Kanzlei und leitet die weltweite Geschäftsentwicklung. Brian Ratner hat umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Vertretung von US-amerikanischen und internationalen Unternehmen in komplexen Rechtsstreitigkeiten auf Prozess- und Berufungsebene. Insbesondere verfügt er über Erfahrung in der Prozessführung und der Beilegung von Kartellschadensersatzverfahren vor US-amerikanischen und europäischen Gerichten. Allein im letzten Jahr hat er dabei über 100 Millionen US-Dollar für die von ihm vertretenen Unternehmen erlangen können.

Seine breit gefächerte Erfahrung zeigt, dass er in der Lage ist, Lösungen für die neusten Rechtsfragen zu finden und umzusetzen und seine Mandanten in allen Phasen eines globalen Kartellrechtsstreits zu vertreten, sei es in der Ermittlungs-, Schadenersatz-, Prozess-, Berufungs- oder Vergleichsphase, ganz gleich ob in den USA, Europa oder weltweit. Diese einzigartige Kombination ermöglicht es ihm, Mandanten umfassend und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll zu beraten und zu vertreten.
