Brent Landau to speak at American Antitrust Institute’s Conference on Private Enforcement

The American Antitrust Institute is hosting its annual Private Antitrust Enforcement Conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, November 9.

Hausfeld Partner Brent Landau will speak on the panel “Recent Trends in Bundling and Loyalty Discount Cases: Where is the Law Headed and Is It Consistent With Recent Economic Thinking?” The panel will discuss recent decisions relating to product bundling and loyalty discounts and evaluate whether the law is tracking developments in economic thinking in the area.
Co-panelists include Hal Singer of Economists Incorporated and Michael S. McFalls of Ropes & Gray LLP. The panel will be moderated by Eric L. Cramer of Berger & Montague, P.C.
