Vincent’s current practice area focuses on cybersecurity and privacy law consumer class actions.
While in law school, Vincent was a judicial intern to the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, United States District Court Judge (S.D.N.Y.), where he gained experience assisting in the drafting of bench memoranda and court orders and attended a wide range of court proceedings. In his final year of law school, he was elected Student Body President and received the Dean’s Special Achievement Award. Vincent’s studies included a semester at Queens College (UK), with a concentration in human rights law and conflict resolution. He also worked at a leading UK law firm on BREXIT-related matters. Vincent's work experience also includes working on complex class action securities litigation and shareholder derivative suits.
