Kimberly Lytle is the Director of Administration for the US offices of Hausfeld.
Kimberly has over 24 years of law firm administration and human resources experience. She is an accomplished law firm management and human resources professional. She is responsible for overseeing, identifying and analyzing management issues related to the daily operations of the US offices to ensure administrative functions run smoothly.
Kim’s previous experience includes assisting with the implementation of initiatives to support the changing needs of firm, office buildouts, assisting attorneys and staff with their integration into the firm, managing the performance management process, managing the human resources functions across two offices simultaneously and overseeing vendor contracts and negotiation.
She is a proven leader, counselor and valued resource to the attorneys, her peers and staff members across the firm.
