We want to challenge unacceptable behaviour of corporates, Government and government institutions. We continually seek innovative ways of protecting individual rights or the liberties of a group of people. In the widest sense, this means fighting for justice for those who otherwise would be unable to. This work often offers a voice to those who need it most.
We develop precedent-setting cases, support NGOs in bringing litigation - across all our practice areas - and continue to pioneer collective actions. We are not afraid to take on big corporations or institutions. Our cases push the envelope in the public interest and we support leading NGOs and help them fight their cause by using the law innovatively through key interventions. Social justice cases are often completed on a pro-bono basis or on a heavily discounted fees-basis.
