Eight Hausfeld lawyers appointed to leadership roles in the ABA Section of Antitrust Law
Antitrust lawyers Melinda Coolidge, Scott Martin, Megan Jones, Sathya Gosselin, Swathi Bojedla, Sarah LaFreniere, Daniel Weick, and Erika A. Inwald have been appointed to leadership roles within the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law for the 2023-2024 period.

The Section works to advance policies that preserve competition and protect consumers and boasts a membership of over 8,000 legal professionals with 29 specialized committees.
Melinda Coolidge, US Managing Partner in Washington, DC, continues her appointment as Co-Chair of the International Cartel Task Force, a position she’s held since 2022.
Scott Martin, Co-Chair of Hausfeld’s US Antitrust Practice in New York, transitions from Programs Officer to International Officer. Scott previously served as the Antitrust Law Section Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, Secretary and Communications Officer, Council member, Chair of the Trial Practice Committee, Chair of the Civil RICO Committee, Chair of the Global Private Litigation Conference, and Editorial Board of the Antitrust Law Developments, among other roles.
Megan Jones, Co-Chair of Hausfeld’s US Antitrust practice in San Francisco, previously served as a Council Member and is now transitioning to Vice Chair of the Antitrust & Economics Institute for Judges Committee. Megan has also served as Vice Chair of the Global Private Litigation Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section, the Vice Chair of the Communications and Digital Technology Industries Committee, and Vice Chair of the Media and Technology Committee.
Sathya Gosselin, Partner in Washington, DC, will transition from the role of Vice Chair of the Exemptions & Immunities Committee to the Co-Chair of the Trade, Sports, and Professional Associations Committee. Sathya was previously an Antitrust Representative to the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources' Special Committee on Section, Division, and Forum Coordination and was a Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Transportation and Energy Industries Committee.
Swathi Bojedla, Partner in Washington, DC, will become a member of the Antitrust Law Journal Editorial Board.
Sarah LaFreniere, Partner in Washington, DC, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Books and Treatises Committee. Sarah previously served as the Vice Chair of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and a Young Lawyer’s Representative to the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.
Daniel Weick, Of Counsel in New York, continues his position as Assistant Editor of the Antitrust Law Journal. Daniel was previously Vice Chair of the Unilateral Conduct Committee and Vice Chair of the Economics Committee.
Erika A. Inwald, Associate in New York, will become a member of the Antitrust Ag & Food Committee.
