ABA Antitrust Section Nominating Committee taps two Hausfeld Partners
Scott Martin, Co-Chair of the firm’s US Antitrust practice and Partner in the firm’s New York office, and Megan Jones, Partner in the firm’s San Francisco office, have been nominated to serve in leadership positions for the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section. Scott has been nominated for the role of Programs Officer (2021-2023 term), and Megan has been nominated for the role of Council Member (2021-2022 term).
Scott is currently serving as Antitrust Law Section Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, a role he has been in in since 2020. Megan has been serving Co-Chair of the Global Private Litigation Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section since 2019.
Pursuant to the Section’s bylaws, their leadership nominations will be submitted for a vote at the Section’s Business Meeting at the 2021 ABA Annual Meeting.
