TL4 – The fourth Annual Forum of Corporate Disputes 2024
On 3 December, Thought Leaders 4 Disputes will host its Annual Forum of Corporate Disputes bringing together lawyers from top firms including CMS, Mishcon de Reya, Dentons, Herbert Smith Freehills, Morgan Lewis and Hausfeld to discuss key cases across the core areas of corporate disputes.
Hausfeld Partners and Co-Head of Commercial Disputes, Ned Beale, will join Oli Goldman from Wallace LLP, Louise Boswell from CMS and Jerry Healy from Willkie Farr & Gallagher to explore the practical realities of post M&A disputes.
The session will cover:

- Litigation as a price adjustment mechanism
