On 20th November 2024, Hausfeld Germany Managing Partner, Alex Petrasincu, will be speaking at The EU Competition Law Private Enforcement Forum 2024, hosted in Amsterdam.
Alex will contribute to the discussion on preparing for private enforcement cases, offering claimant perspectives on strategies for bringing a claim and defendant perspectives on preparing for follow-on cases when facing public enforcement. Additionally, he will address developments in damages valuations across Europe, examining the role of expert valuations in litigation across jurisdictions, the use of court versus party experts, and judicial estimations as an alternative to expert valuations.
