LIDW - Competition collective proceedings in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal
Together with Allen & Overy and Fortress Investment Group, we will host an in-person session on competition collective proceedings contrasting the perspectives of class representatives, funders, defendants and judges as part of London International Disputes Week.
Competition Disputes Partner, Luke Streatfeild, will join Russell Butland, Partner and Nicholas Gomes, Senior Associate from Allen & Overy alongside Rosie Ioannous, Director from Fortress to discuss:
- principles and lessons from the CAT’s recent decisions
- what to expect as cases reach trial or settle
- future areas of focus.
