Hausfeld & Oxera Present - Private Enforcement of Antitrust Law: What Does the Future Hold?
On September 12, Hausfeld and Oxera will jointly host a conference on the topic of "Private enforcement of antitrust law: What does the future hold?" in Hamburg.
Dr. Thorsten Käseberg from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action will give a keynote speech on current competition policy developments and their relevance for damages cases. Afterwards, around 20 speakers, including judges, antitrust lawyers, economists and company representatives, will discuss topics such as:
