AIJA’s Antitrust Commission Day
The AIJA’s Antitrust Commission Day explored recent developments in antitrust and merger control, while offering participants the opportunity to brush up on interviewing/interrogation skills and talk to the other participants during virtual breaks.
Starting at noon, the programme comprised several interesting webinars:

- Non-horizontal mergers – covering vertical mergers and conglomerate effects
- Interviewing and interrogation skills virtual workshop
- Virtual Commission social meeting
Amandine Gueret joined the first panel to discuss key private enforcement developments both in the UK and EU Member States.
