Experience
Brent Landau, Global Managing Partner of Hausfeld, is an accomplished antitrust and human rights lawyer who represents plaintiffs in complex cases. He has been named a "Titan of the Plaintiffs' Bar" by Law360, a "Distinguished Leader" by the Legal Intelligencer, and an "Antitrust Trailblazer and Pioneer' by the National Law Journal. Brent also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he teaches a course in legal ethics, and as a Trustee of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation.
Clients
Brent’s clients include large and small businesses claiming compensation for price-fixing, monopolization, and other wrongdoing. With experience representing clients in health care, transportation, and other industries, he has obtained significant recoveries in courts throughout the United States.
In addition, Brent represents individuals seeking redress for human rights violations, and currently serves as co-lead counsel for a proposed class of Sudanese-American victims of atrocities in a suit against BNP Paribas. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
