OVERVIEW

Hayden is a Competition Law Fellow in Hausfeld’s New York office. Prior to joining Hausfeld, Hayden was an ABA Steiger Fellow, Law Clerk with the Nebraska Attorney General's Office where he served as a law clerk for antitrust enforcers investigating tech platforms, pharmaceutical firms, and the medical staffing industry. He was also a Summer Associate at a global antitrust and consumer protection litigation firm, where he conducted factual research and legal analysis on multi-district litigation and class action cases.
