Faye Moore
OVERVIEW
Faye is a dispute resolution specialist with a wealth of experience in a broad range of complex, high-value, commercial disputes.
Expertise
Faye possesses over 14 years' experience managing a wide variety of disputes across numerous different sectors, including claims for breach of contract, negligence and fraud. Most recently, as a result of COVID-19, she has developed a particular specialism in force majeure, contractual termination and frustration disputes.
Faye commenced her legal career at SJ Berwin, where she gained experience in high-value commercial and financial litigation and arbitration. She went on to practise at Pinsent Masons, where she developed her expertise working on a variety of contractual, post-completion and shareholder disputes, prior to joining Hausfeld in September 2021.
Faye is a qualified mediator and has helped successfully mediate countless disputes on behalf of her clients, both in person and remotely.

Faye has worked with a diverse range of clients including manufacturing, facility services and retail companies, as well as clients within the financial services and aerospace sectors.
Working towards a diverse, equitable and inclusive work force is paramount to Faye who is an active member of Hausfeld's Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee and our Women’s Alliance group.
