At her prior firm, Katie worked on:

• the Roundup Products Liability litigation, a products liability complex litigation against Monsanto Company on behalf of farmers, landscapers, and consumers who developed Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after exposure to the herbicide. She represented consumers around the country who developed the disease and assisted in legal research, discovery, trial preparation, document review, depositions, expert work, and settlement proceedings.
• Copley et al. v. Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc. et al: a consumer fraud class action case against Bactolac Pharmaceuticals involving a dietary supplement called All Day Energy Greens that contained ingredients that were not listed on the product label. She represented consumers who purchased the product and were defrauded by the adulterated product.

Katie represents a whistleblower bringing claims on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia alleging fraudulent sales of guardrail end terminals in violation of the Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act.
