Antoine is a commercial litigator with a particular focus on cross-border competition law litigation, especially before French, English and Dutch jurisdictions.

Expertise

Much of his work involves follow-on cartel and abuse of dominance damages claims in the automotive/transport industry, as well as retail and pharmaceuticals sectors. Antoine has a deep understanding of the funding aspects of cross-border litigation and has extensive experience working with third party litigation funders to secure the necessary resources to successfully pursue these cases.

He is also passionate about using technology to solve legal issues and has an in-depth understanding of IT, having a particular expertise in coding in Python and other programming languages.

Prior to joining Hausfeld, he worked in Brussels for a leading French law firm, focusing on cartel and exchange of information matters and on the implementation of compliance programs in various sectors. He also worked for a third-party litigation funder in Paris, where he dealt with complex international litigation, and managed thousands of clients in the Volkswagen “clean” diesel litigation.

Clients

Antoine represents thousands of clients, from SMEs to major listed companies and public entities active in the transport industry and established mainly in France, the United Kingdom, Spain and Belgium.

His client base is also made up of leading automotive manufacturers, which he assisted in pursuing damages claims relating to the bearings and spark-plugs cartels. Antoine also assists distributors harmed by several competition law infringements.
