OVERVIEW

Eliya is a staff attorney in Hausfeld’s DC office specializing in complex litigation, antitrust enforcement, class actions, and whistle blower proceedings.

Prior to joining Hausfeld, Eliya worked at Comcast NBCUniversal as a Public Policy intern on the Government Affairs team and at the Federal Communications Commission in the Media Bureau.

During law school, Eliya received a certificate from The Law & Technology Institute where she completed advanced coursework in intellectual property and telecommunications. She was also the recipient of the 2020 Pro Bono Certificate for completing 150+ hours of pro bono service and remains committed to pro bono service.
