California Lawyers Association’s Antitrust 101: The Basics of California Antitrust Law for Novice Attorneys

On December 17, Hausfeld Of Counsel Daniel P. Weick will be a panelist in a free webinar hosted by the California Lawyers Association.

This program is designed as a primer for general practitioners and others who wish to learn the basics of antitrust law. Expert attorneys practicing in the field will review federal and state antitrust laws related to antitrust conduct cases, with a focus on Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Cartwright Act. Daniel will be joined by Lee Berger, Partner at Steptoe, and Rob McNary, Deputy Attorney General, Antitrust at the California Department of Justice.
