Knorr-Wabtec No Poach Conspiracy

On April 3, 2018, the United States Department of Justice charged two of the world's largest rail equipment suppliers, Knorr-Bremse AG and Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (Wabtec), with unlawfully agreeing to restrain competition in the labor markets by entering into "no-poaching" agreements.


Hausfeld serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Leadership Committee representing Premera health insurance customers whose confidential medical information was accessed during an extended breach in In re Premera Blue Cross Customer Data Breach Litigation.


Hausfeld serves as one of the co-lead counsel in In re: Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. Data Security Litigation. The Court has denied a Motion to Dismiss and the case is in active discovery.   


We serve on the Executive Committee in First Choice Federal Credit Union v. Wendy’s where we represent financial institutions who have had to pay to replace credit cards and cover fraud losses sustained by customers as a result of a data breach at Wendy’s franchisees.


Hausfeld was recently appointed to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re Equifax, Inc. Customer Security Data Breach Litig. where over 145 million Americans were impacted by the largest data breach in history.
