Experience
Caleigh’s work focuses on complex antitrust litigation and competition law. His prior work experience involved various commercial and civil matters, including defamation & media defense, privacy, unfair competition, false claims cases, transportation law, land use and real property litigation. In his spare time, he volunteers as a pro bono attorney representing low-income tenants in unlawful detainer actions at the California Superior Court in San Mateo County.
While in law school, Caleigh was a French-speaking member of the UBC Law team at the bilingual Laskin Constitutional Law Moot competition, and routinely represented indigent clients in criminal and civil matters with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program.

Practice Areas
- In re Packaged Seafood Products Antitrust Litigation – Hausfeld is Lead Counsel for the Direct Purchaser Plaintiff Class alleging a conspiracy among packaged seafood producers to artificially fix the prices of packaged tuna.
- In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation – A proposed class action alleging a conspiracy among producers of generic drugs to allocate market shares and artificially fix the prices of generic drugs.
- In re Libor-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation – Hausfeld is Co-Lead Counsel in a class action lawsuit alleging a global conspiracy by some of the world’s largest banks to manipulate the London InterBank Offered Rate (referred to as LIBOR).
