Daniel’s practice focuses on antitrust, consumer protection, and environmental threats. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor for The Regulatory Review and an Associate Editor on Penn’s Journal of Constitutional Law. Daniel also served as a Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School, and he earned Wharton Certificates in economics and business management. Additionally, he worked as a volunteer tax preparer, helping Philadelphians in low-income communities complete and file their tax returns. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel spent his summers at the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice and at prominent D.C. law firms.
Before law school, Daniel taught English to high school aeronautics students in Mexico as a Fulbright grantee. He speaks Spanish at an advanced level.
