The European Circuit Annual Conference 2023
On 21 September, Hausfeld Partner, Lucy Rigby, spoke at the European Circuit Annual Conference in Prague.
The speakers at the conference explored:
- Current issues in arbitration, sanctions, dispute resolution and offshore trusts
- The use of AI in dispute resolution and environment law.
Lucy spoke on day one of this two-day conference, to discuss class actions in Europe alongside Alexander Hutton KC, Hailsham Chambers; Nathy Dunleavy, Bar of Ireland and Robert Němec, President of the Czech Bar Association.
